DISABILITY AWARENESS EVENTS
If you are seeking a disability awareness speaker, I am available to give a talk that covers my experience of life as a blind person. The talk, entitled 'How Not to Help the Blind', looks humorously at the general public, and the strange things they do and say when confronted with a non-sighted person.
Great singer. Great keyboard player. Very nice person. I've heard Mark Best loads of times. He's very versatile. He does a polished professional performance whether he's singing well-known ballads (as he did at my daughter's wedding) or performing with his rock band. Mark tunes my piano and always does a good job. And I also have it on good authority that he does a first class after-dinner speech.
Mark Best will give your organisation or club a session of excellent entertainment. His style is warm, witty, and friendly and his musicianship is very versatile, as he multitasks with different instruments and singing, interspersed with wisecracks and dry humour. His visual impairment is not what defines Mark, rather his rich singing voice and ability to hold his audience.
Mark has come to entertain us for several years and his events have always proved popular with our members. You never know what to expect.
